XIN WANG GOLDEN COMPANY LIMITED has completed registration with Hong Kong Customs as a Category A Dealer in Precious Metals and Stones and has received the registration certificate.
Background to the registration regime
To meet Hong Kong’s obligations under the Financial Action Task Force, the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (Cap. 615) was amended to introduce a registration regime for dealers in precious metals and stones, effective 1 April 2023. Hong Kong Customs enforces the registration requirements and supervises registered dealers’ AML/CTF conduct.

- The Company verifies client identity, account purpose and source of funds as required. Please submit true and complete information through the designated official channels.
