Partner notes

Promotion and services by introducers, agents or other partners do not automatically become services endorsed by the Company because they use the Company’s name, logo or an introducer title. Partners must comply with the following:

  1. Never ask clients for, or use, their passwords, verification codes or remote-control access.
  2. Never operate accounts or place orders for clients without authorisation confirmed through the Company’s designated procedures.
  3. Never promise capital protection, guaranteed profits, fixed returns or loss sharing.
  4. Never collect client money; client deposits and withdrawals go only through the official Client Portal, using funding accounts in the account holder’s name.
  5. Promotional content must also warn of the risks of precious-metals margin trading and direct clients to the trading rules, fee schedule and risk disclosure.

Is there a fee to become a partner?

No. Applying and using the agent back office are free.

How are clients linked to me?

Clients who register with your referral link or invitation code are linked automatically, and the link cannot be changed by the client afterwards.

How are commissions settled and withdrawn?

Commissions are tracked in the agent back office and you can request withdrawals. The settlement cycle follows the agency agreement signed by both parties; ask our partnerships team on (+852) 5372 3536.

Can I have sub-agents?

Yes. Trading by your sub-agents’ clients also earns you rebates at the rate set in the agreement.
